To have a enjoyable and well paid job and also be with Alex and still get to see my family. If I got that I would be the most happiest person in the world.

Background:

I'm a muslim Bengali girl, he's scottish and Christian. We met in school, year 10 of secondary school. Became really good friends and eventually started dating. At the end of secondary school I decided to call things off due to pressure from my mother who literally hated him. While at college, I briefly dated another guy, well for about a year or so. Sad to say but he was probably a rebound guy. Was still in contact with the guy from school and realised that I still had feelings for him and him for me. Eventually broke up with the rebound guy and got back with the Scot again and have been together since. My parents have no clue but I'll deal with that in another blog =P

Present:

- I find that if he doesn't call/txt me at least a number of times in the day, I get mad and will not talk to him until he has grovelled for a few hours or so.
- All my free time is spent with him, at his house or out with him, or doing something or another with him.
- I neglect my friends as a result of number 2, neglect as in if I'm free I will go see my bf rather than do something with them.

My questions:

Is there anyone else out there like me or is it just me? And how do I go about not having my world revolve around him so much? Because to be honest I dont think I can do it. Help
